The majority leader in Ghana’s parliament who doubles as the MP for Suame Constituency, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, has admitted that former President John Dramani Mahama has fixed the frequent power outages popularly known as dumsor.
The majority leader made this disclosure when he appeared on Hello Fm’s morning show dubbed ‘ Akoko Abon’ .
“In the energy sector, when we entered into dumsor dumsor , President Mahama was then fighting to salvage the country from the situation( dumsor) and so he took some steps to get us out of it and that was the thermal plants they brought to generate electricity for us, on the face of it it was a good thing he did”, he confessed.
