The Dormaahene Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II has defended the president of the Republic of Ghana his Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo and his administration for Ghanaians blaming them for the bad economic situation and challenges in the country.
According to Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II, the blames should rather be rained on the Chiefs and others across the country for the mess that Ghana is currently facing because they are using the land resources which are meant for the development of the country and their communities for the benefit of everyone for their gains.
Furthermore, the Dormaahene therefore, reiterated that President Nana Akufo Addo should not be blamed alone for the challenges in the country because everyone plus some of the Chiefs in the country are part of it.
He discloses that monies and resources which are meant for the community and state development are pocketed by the individuals or responsible leaders and not used for needed development.
“We should not blame only Nana Akufo-Addo and his Ministers for the state of the country because we are also part. We sell lands in our communities and keep the monies to ourselves and not use them for the needed development. If there are resources at your disposal but it’s not being used for the good of the people and there is someone to criticize you for not helping with the development of your community, has the person committed a crime”, he said.
The president of Ghana Nana Akuffo Addo some few days ago refuted the notion of Ghanaians that, he is responsible for the mess that Ghana as a country is currently facing.
According to President Nana Akufo-Addo, his party the Incumbent New Patriotic Party NPP and his administration are doing everything possible in their outfit to decrease and lessen the burdens and suffering for Ghanaians which according to him was incurred by the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC.
On that note, President Nana Akufo Addo called on Ghanaians and every citizen to support him and his government to better the country for the betterment of Ghanaians and everybody.
