Bernard Antwi Bosiako, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the incumbent New Patriotic Party NPP have said that the Republicans of Ghana is doing better in terms of good governance than that of some of the International countries such as the United States of America USA and the United Kingdom UK under the leadership of President Nana Akufo Addo.
However, Bernard Antwi Bosiako who is popularly called Chairman Wontumi further indicated that Ghana has improved and progressed marvellously since 2016 when President Nana Akufo Addo resumes office in the country.
According to the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party NPP, President Nana Akufo Addo is doing a lot of good things for the citizens of Ghana and he is more visioned to improving the lives of Ghanaians in the country.
Furthermore, the party Chairman Bernard Antwi Bosiako, therefore, admonished party members and patriots to ensure unity among themselves in the party and to champion the party and the government under President Nana Akufo Addo leadership to deliver more for the good people of Ghana.
Additionally, the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo who happens to be present as the Special Guest of Honour at the conference challenged members of the NPP party to prove to the people of Ghana and their opponents that, they understand democracy and however, they should ensure peace at all time not to jeopardise the democracy of the country.
“The party is having its national delegates conference. Some people want to tempt us but they cannot match us. We have what it takes to make us achieve what we want. The person you choose to succeed me will become President after I leave office. All Ghanaians are observing the conference. I am pleading with you all to be disciplined. I also want you all to show unity among ourselves”, president Nana Akufo Addo said.
President Nana Akufo Addo further reiterated the statement of the Kumasi Regional Chairman of the party saying that what the party had been able to do for the people of Ghana cannot be outmatched by any other government in the history of Ghana.
