NPP National Elections:Good News For Two Top NPP Contestants; Details Dropped-CHECK.

The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP), Annual National Delegate Conference 2022, for the election of the party’s national leaders, has began, and is currently taking place today (Saturday 16 July), at the Accra Sports Stadium, in Accra.

The three-day conference, which started yesterday-Friday, 15 July, and running till Sunday 17 July 2022, will see about Six thousand, seven hundred and thirty delegates, coming together, to elect NPP’s national Executive positions, like the Chairman, First and Second Vice Chairpersons, General Secretary, Treasurer, Organizer, Women Organizer, Youth Organizer and Nasara Co-ordinator”.

Though all the 48 aspirants, who are seeking to occupy the various national executive positions, in the New Patriotic Party (NPP), are proving to be very tough, the current information coming out shows that, the chairmanship and the Secretary race is turning, to what looks like the real ‘clash of the titans’.

The current good news; revealed by myjoyonline.com states that, Mr. John Boadu (General Secretary position), and Mr. Stephen Ayensu Ntim (National Chairmanship positions), are tipped to win the General Secretary and National Chairman positions.

Myjoyonline.com again revealed that, “…information filtering through indicate that, for the General Secretary position, Mr. Justine Koduah Frimpong is likely to give incumbent John Boadu a run for his money; As regards the Chairmanship, Mr. Stephen Asamoah Boateng, a.k.a Asabee, is proving to be the main contender of Mr. Stephen Ntim who has been eyeing this role since 2005. It is save to say that in the chairmanship race, no matter what happens, there will be a STEPHEN as National Chairman of NPP”.

“The two roles are crucial, among other things because the winners will have a table at cabinet, where they will sit with all those who matter, in the Akufo-Addo-led government to decide our fate as the people of Ghana”, myjoyonline reported
