*I MAKE MORE MONEY THAN ALL DANGME ARTISTES -Kwaku Origin*
Popular Dangme artist, Kwaku Origin has said it is more profitable to be a band singer than being a regular artist in the
Dangme land.
He made this statement in a Facebook post on 18th April, 2023. He said being a singer in a band is more profitable as compared to being a regular artist on the Dangme land.
He further claimed that, he as an artist was not billed to perform at any show during the just ended Easter festivities, but rather joined singing bands to sing at various places. He said this caused him to make more money than any artist that was billed to perform at programmes during the Easter festivities.
Finally, he added that this are some of the issues they deal with as artistes.
Kwaku Origin is a versatile artiste known for songs like Wa Dɔla, Abe nye Gble, Kakamatobi, a cover on Shatta Wale’s “On God” and others. He is also a fashion Designer by profession. All his songs are available on Audiomack and other digital platforms.
