
The president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo have allegedly appointed Kofi Nkansah who is a strong Member of the incumbent New Patriotic Party NPP as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovative Programme NEIP.
However, the former Managing Director of the Accra Digital Center elated by this juicy appointment from the President took to his social media Facebook page on the 12th of January 2022 to express his profound gratitude to the president.
Therefore, an image of him and the President of Ghana, Nana Alufo Addo at the president Office was posted alongside his update on his social media handle the Facebook account with the writing”Afa! Thank you Mr President. #NEIPCEO “.
Furthermore, the former Managing Director of the Accra Digital Center elated is noted to be one of the members of the New Patriotic Party NPP social media activist who may have in one way or the other, a pivotal change to the party gaining victory in 2020 general election in the country.
He is popularised and known in the circle of the NPP as the ” foot soldier” of the incumbent New Patriotic Party NPP.
Kofi Nkansah was appointed as the Managing Director of the Accra Digital Center in February 2021 by President Nana Akufo Addo during his assumption of Office for the Second term in the country.
Furthermore, Kofi Nkansah is noted to have been the first Managing Director of the Accra Digital Center where he was tasked to lead and drive innovation and entrepreneurship in the Tech Ecosystem to help harness the digital potential of Ghana leading the provision of a conducive ecosystem for the Innovation to thrive in the country.
The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme is a flagship policy initiative crafted and implemented by the government of Ghana in the country.
Its main mission and objectives as a state agency are to provide integrated national support and aid for start-ups and small busses in the country.
