The Ghana National Association Of Graduates Teachers, thus, GNAT, as part of its commitment to the membership of the union have undertaken its responsibility by sending SMS messages across all board to the members indicating that the long awaited cost of living allowance agitated for at the previous months would be paid without doubt into their accounts.
The motive behind such messages is to remove doubt among its membership, especially, when the said fifteen percentage granted was to take effect on the previous month, thus, July.
This is not to say that, this the first time such attention is given, but has been undertaking such awareness creation towards its membership which is due to them.
This probably is to suggest that the Ghana National Association Of Graduates Teachers Will never turn its back to the membership, when problems befalls them.
No wonder, this was one of the vibrant teacher unions that participated in agitation for COLA on behalf of teachers.
