JUST IN: July Validation Is In,Date For Payment And Update On COLA; Details Dropped-CHECK

The Controller and Accountant General Department activated the ESPV validation portal for July yesterday, around 12:57pm. Following that, head of institutions are to validate their workers for salaries to be paid to them.

When Are Public Sector Workers Going To Recieve Salaries For July?

Per the calendar released by CAGD, salaries for July are expected to hit the banks by 26th July 2022. Salaries will then be credited to individuals account from 26th onward. Some may take a day or two hence from 27th and 28th workers are to expert SMS alert for salaries.

Did The 15% COLA Reflect For July?

The agreed COLA for public sector workers did not reflect in July’s validation for payment to be effected.

In reality, the negotiation just ended on July 14 and the validation portal opened on July 19. The COLA inputs are virtually hard to produce as a result.
