Ever since news broke out that Finance Minister-designate, Ken Ofori Atta had been flown to the United States for treatment of Covid-19 medical complications there have been widespread rumors that the minister is dead.
From what has been gathered, Ken Ofori Atta is alive and not dead.
Michael Bediako who is a personal assistant to the minister on Monday confirmed that his boss, Ken Ofori Atta had arrived safely in the States where he is under treatment for post-covid-19 medical complications.
“Good morning, Honourable Minister-designate’s Delta 157 flight has landed. He’s in good spirits. He sends his regards” Michael Bediako said in a text message with a picture of Ofori Atta and his wife in the US.
