UK is looking for graduates all over the world to join its teaching workforce.

The money is intended to aid with relocation charges such visa fees, the immigration health premium, and other costs.

According to a statement from the UK office:

“The IRP offers financial support to teachers and trainees from all over the world who wish to come to train and work in English schools.

“It will be paid around the end of the teacher’s or trainee’s first term. It will not need to be repaid.

“If eligible, trainee teachers can receive both the IRP and a bursary or scholarship.

How To Apply for an IRP

According to the UK government, instructors or trainees must be prepared to relocate to England for the academic year 2023–2024 in order to qualify.

Furthermore, anyone who is interested must first check the UK Teaching website using this link to make sure their credentials meet the standards for instructors and trainees.
How the plan will operate

The statement also stated that the program operates differently for learners who pay fees, salaried.

It added:

“Trainees on fee-paying courses do not need to apply for the IRP. Training providers will pay the IRP directly to these trainees along with any bursaries they are entitled to.

“Teachers and trainees are encouraged to express an interest in the IRP by emailing IRP.ExpressInterest@education.gov.uk if they: Start their job or course after 31 October 2023, while successful applicants should receive the £10,000( about GH₵142,705) by 31 January 2024.”

It is encouraged that interested candidates apply right away. The UK government has stated that a second round will start in January 2024 for individuals who miss the October 2023 application deadline.
What are the eligibility requirements?

not a citizen of the UK
Having a degree and recognized teacher-training credentials, moving to England to teach or train to teach languages or physics
possess a year or more of teaching experience
possess college-level English speaking abilities.

Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu are among the languages that qualify for the remuneration.

Physics, astrophysics, and nuclear physics are the physics courses that qualify for the reward.

The embassy requires interested parties to submit an application for a skilled worker visa.
