The feud between Captain Smart and Paul Adom Otchere is getting bigger. The two have been engaged in a verbal banter in the past few days. It can be recalled that when Captain Smart left Angel Broadcasting Network, Paul Adom Otchere was one of the first presenters to interview him. However, things have gone sour between the two.
This week Captain Smart interviewed Kwasi Kyei Darkwah and the ace broadcaster blasted Paul Adom for being a government cleaner who defends corruption on his show. Apparently, Paul wasn’t pleased and on his show on Tuesday returned the gesture by lambasting Captain Smart and KKD. With reference to Captain Smart, Paul said Captain doesn’t get his research right and now learning how to do touchscreen analysis.
Today, Thursday, August 25, 2022, Captain Smart returned the fire on Onua Maakye. According to him, Paul is very dishonest and ungrateful. He questioned why Paul will even have the guts to speak against Togbe, someone who fed and paid his fees. Interestingly, Captain challenged Paul to tell Ghanaians what he got in the law exams.
Captain Smart boldly stated that Paul got zero in Criminal law and that was why he couldn’t read law. Smart called Paul a defender of corruption with his touchscreen analysis nothing more but misinformation.
“You are a thief. Your wife always watches my programme. My wife doesn’t watch your programme. When you went to Zoomlion for a job, who pleaded for you? My father has never slept with my sister. You had 0% in Criminal Law. I will publish your results on TV soon. How can you compare to me? Your analysis stinks and is criminal.” Captain Smart.
Indeed, many have bemoaned the rate at which Paul Adom Otchere keeps defending the government at every attack from a critic. Though Paul doesn’t react harshly, his sublime responses goes a long way to attack the personalities who speak against the government. Paul’s Good Evening Ghana will come off tonight and Ghanaians will be waiting to see if he will respond to this latest assault on him by Captain Smart.
