Ghana Education Service Reduces First Term Duration By Four (4) Weeks -DETAILS
The Ghana Education Service has released a new academic calendar for basic schools including SHS
This new calendar is designed to facilitate the education in the country to return to the old traditional system.
According to the new academic calendar, this term’s vacation is 25th March 2023, a reduction from the original 21st April 2023.
Disparity in public sector salaries is caused by allowances
This further means that, the number of weeks to be spent will be reduced from 15 to 11 weeks.
It is also to he noted that, the vacation holidays is just 10 days before the start of the new term.
