Lt Col Justina Frimpong appointed as the first female Commanding Officer of a transport Battalion of the Ghana Armed Forces. Before her appointment, she was the deputy director administration at the army headquarters Burma Camp.


From Koforidua Oyoko in the Eastern Region and attended Ghana Senior High School, Koforidua and later studied Operations and Supply Chain Management with Green Hill College, Ghana Institute Of Management And Public Administration (GIMPA). This is a brief background of this heroic woman who has raised the flag of women high through her newly appointed office.
