MyLifeGuideOnline has convened from the Ghanaian local media that the election of the speaker of parliament has been met with lots of uprising before settling on the next speaker of the house.
Ghanaians were thrown into a shock after a viral video from the house saw the Hon. Ursula Owusu sat on Honorable Kwabena Akando for overly long with the intention of not getting up until the interventions of some others.
Another incident which attracted public attention is one which saw Hon. Carlos Ahenkroh who snatched ballot sheets and took to heels.
He was caught up by colleagues and those papers retrieved.
Security personnel were invited into parliament to calm situation, as their presence actually return parliament to normalcy.
At the end the house clerk in-charge announced Hon. Alban Bagbin as the new Speaker of parliament-elect, having the house elects Joseph Owusu as First Deputy speaker while Andrews Asiamah as the second Deputy Speaker of parlaiment.
Many of these videos which went viral attract worldwide attention, as many are talking unceasingly following the democratic recognition placed on Ghana.
