TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLIR VIA SELF SERVICE
CLIR is a service available to both prepaid and postpaid customers. This service allows a customer to hide their numbers from receivers of a call upon activation.
Self-Activation is via *1333#
GHC 2 is charged upon successful activation.
Please note the below for PAYG customers:
Only PAYG customers who have been on the service from October 2019 can activate this service
Users of the service will be renewed monthly with an amount of GhC 2 deducted from their airtime
If automatic renewal fails due to insufficient funds, the customer in the allowed group can self-renew by dialing *1333#
This service has been suspended for PAYG customers who will opt in for the first time from 8th April, 2020.
Customers who try to activate the service for the first time will be notified with this message “Sorry, this number is not allowed to activate this service. Visit mtn.com.gh for more information”.
