- ACTION MOVEMENT OF MADINA

The above mentioned group is elated to announce to the members of Madina NPP that the long awaited Survey and Research findings on the MCE Aspirants in Madina for 2021 is released below.
The results of the survey is not premius and resolute, neither is it the mindset of the President of the republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo.
It is also alleged that Madina has 21(twenty-one) names lobbying as aspirants MCEs, but we the members of Action movement of Madina as of the time of engaging the services of the Research Consultants i.e Surveymonkey, were only aware of 11(eleven) MCE Aspirants who are known by the respondents and for that matter the research centered on those eleven(11) names.
However, an earlier research on the MCE position was conducted on a one-on-one interview and phone calls to ascertain the preferred aspirant and the result is listed below.
In the first research, five names came out tops, that is the one-on-one interview. It was not any different from the second research which was done online.
The first five names are as follows:
Hon. Dr. Ekow Archibald
Hon. Choro Adams
Mr. Willberforce Darko
Mr. Michael Mackenzie
Mr. Yamin Iliyasu
Hon. Dede Afagbegi, now Hon. Mrs. Dede Agyabeng is an automatic member of the list.
In the first research, our Target was a one third of the delegates in Madina of which a 260(two hundred and sixty) NPP MEMBERS responded, of which *Mr. Willberforce Darko* was first.
In the second research which was the online survey, our Target was to expand the survey to capture more NPP MEMBERS view. We sent the link to almost all NPP Madina members platforms for voting to be done and *Hon. Dr. Ekow Archibald* was first in the online survey conducted.
Again with the online voting, there was no way a member can vote twice with a particular phone or machine.
We therefore say that there was a margin of error which is about 5% .
The TOTAL *number of respondents for the online survey *(Sample size)* was *1, 235*
